Our Basic Contract:

Aquatic Engineering (manufacturer) will deliver and install fountain in working condition.
Manufacture installation will include only electrical connection to a buyer supplied and installed junction box placed approximately 5 feet and no greater than 20 feet from the shoreline.
Buyer will obtain all permits and approval for installation.
Buyer acknowledges that the floating fountain uses 115-230 volt A.C. power, and can be hazardous when untrained people misuse, repair, modify, or damage the fountain or power supply. The fountain is not designed or intended for use in bodies of water where wading, swimming, or water sports are conducted. Buyer assumes full responsibility for proper use of the fountain once properly installed, and waives any and all liability to manufacturer for such.
All orders placed for floating fountain require a 50% deposit. Once accepted by Aquatic Engineering, an order is final unless requested in writing by the buyer and agreed to by the seller. Should Aquatic Engineering agree to cancel an approved order, all costs to Aquatic Engineering will be withheld from any deposit. Any quotation is valid for 30 days after which it may be withdrawn without notice.

Limited Warranty
Manufactures Warranty for defects in material or workmanship is limited to two years for parts only, and does not include replacement of lamps or lenses. Manufacturer provides a 10-year limited warranty on the Float ONLY Warranty does not cover damage due to improper depth of water, or from negligence, freezing, storm or other acts of nature.
